Dz-Tech (DigiZone Technology) Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

1. All returns for refund need to be received within 30 days (unless otherwise specified in auction or description) from the receiving date in ORIGINAL CONDITION.

2. DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory.

3. If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4. Shipping/handling charge is non-refundable and no cross shipment for ANY reason.

5. Please provide a tracking number for return items if possible.

Friendly Reminder: (please read, it will help you debug the technical problem) Please make sure your device is able to support the CORRECT TYPE (SD, SDHC, MiniSd, MicroSD, CF, M2,….) and CORRECT SIZE (1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB or 32GB….) of this memory you bought. We will suggest you check the compatibility with your device factory first before sending it back because 95% of our return items turned out to be fine after testing. (many many case is because buyer’s devices is not using the same type of ram or cannot support upto the capacity of the memory they bought) , thanks!
